Shuck corn. Remove any silk and rinse with water.
Wet as many paper towels as cobs of corn you will be microwaving and wring-out excess water. Wrap a damp paper towel around each cob of corn.
Place wrapped corn on the cob in the microwave. For two cobs cook on high for 5 minutes, turning once, after 2 1/2 minutes. For 3 cobs
cook on high for 8 minutes, turning once after 4 minutes.
Remove from microwave and allow to cool 2 minutes
so you don't get burned while removing paper towel after cooking. Serve warm with butter or any dressing you prefer.
