Recipe for Homemade Granola
Ingredients (Serves 4)
Time: Under 20 Minutes
Preheat oven to 320 degrees F. Place baking parchment paper or aluminum foil on a large baking sheet.
In a medium bowl, mix together the rolled oats, salt, almonds, cranberries, and cinnamon. Set-aside.
In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, heat the oil, butter, honey, brown sugar, and water until it is well mixed and loosened-up (1 - 2 minutes).
Stir in the oat mixture and continue cooking until everything is well mixed and lightly toasted (3 - 4 minutes).
Turn OFF oven. Pour homemade granola onto prepared baking sheets and place inside oven to dry out for 5 minutes. Remove from oven. Allow to cool then store in an airtight container.
