Ingredients (Serves 6-12)
6 ears of corn on the cob
6 tablespoons of butter, softened
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to a cooking temperature of 450 degrees F and shuck corn.
Butter each ear with 1 tablespoon of butter and add a dash of salt and pepper.
Wrap tightly in foil with the shiny side in - wrapping any food in foil with the "shiny side in" helps keep heat in and decrease cook time.
Bake for 25 minutes. Allow to cool long enough for handling and eating. Serve warm with your favorite dressings.
