Chocolate Pancakes RecipeIngredients (Makes 10) Time: 20 minutes Suggested Toppings Directions In a small bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and butter. In a medium mixing bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Mix thoroughly. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and pour in the egg mixture. Stir just until moistened (lumps are okay). Heat a lightly greased griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Pour about 1/4 cup pancake batter for each pancake.
