Chocolate Chia smoothie

I mix a breakfast smoothie with:
2 tablespoons of Chia seeds
1 scoop of natural protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
5-6 raw cacao beans (bitter so use stevia sweetened protein powder)
1 cup Dairy Free milk substitute
1/2 frozen banana

Blend in a Blend Tec, or Vita Mix with a bit of ice for best results....
